The court has received an inquiry regarding whether the court would accept briefs in
response to the post-trial briefs filed by the parties, and the amicus party. Given that this is a
matter of some import:, and good cause appearing, the court will allow briefs in response to
the post-trial briefs to be filed (with copies delivered to the chambers of the court) on or
before May 12; 2003.
