HEARINGS -- INDIANA
Please make contact prior to travelling any distance for a hearing. It is not uncommon for continuance to be granted shortly before the hearing.
HERE'S GOOD NEWS! Jeff Bringle was charged with resisting arrest, failure to identify and several other bogus charges after a traffic stop for which there was no probable cause. The police failed to show for two scheduled depositions and the State of Indiana dis-missed the charges against Jeff! We must be persistent, demand that our public servants obey the law and use the rules of court as those rules were intended.

WHAT: Traffic court hearing. No seat belt. Seat belts are NOT required in trucks in Indiana. Judy has truck plates on her PT Cruiser issued by the state. The state classifies the PT as a truck. It is classified by insurance as a truck. She was, nevertheless, ticketed.

COMMENT: State has failed to comply with discovery, admitted they had no documents on which to base the action, claims they do not have to produce documents, and other spurious and outrageous behavior unbefitting reasonable people. Thought we'd give you plenty of notice on this hearing. We will have been in court with this cause of action for nearly FIVE YEARS
at the time of this hearing.
